HOW DO I GET ACCESS TO THE WC12 APP?

DO I NEED TO LOG IN TO USE THE APP?

WHERE CAN I ACCESS THE CONGRESS PROGRAM?
You can access the daily program through the Program button. This view brings you to the current part of the day so that you can quickly see what's happening. Notice that NOW tags indicate which sessions and presentations are currently running. Click a session or presentation to get more details, such as its location, abstract, chairs or topic. When clicking on a specific session, click 'Schedule' to see individual presentations.
IS THE APP UP TO DATE?
Yes, the app is regularly updated to ensure you have the most current information. To keep the event data up to date, you can follow these steps:
- Check for Updates: Periodically, it's a good idea to check for updates to the event data. To do this, click on the profile button located in the top right corner of the screen.
- Update Event Data: Within the profile section, you will find (if there is an update) an option to 'Update Event Data.' Click on this option to refresh the content and ensure you have the latest information available.
- Pre-Congress Updates: In the week leading up to the congress, organizers may still make updates to the app to provide you with the most accurate and timely details.
- Recommended Pre-Congress Reinstallation: To guarantee you have the absolute latest information at your fingertips, we strongly recommend reinstalling the app on the day just before the congress begins. This proactive step ensures that you have access to any last-minute changes or additions.
