Q: HOW CAN I SUBMIT AN ABSTRACT?

Please see the Rules&Guidelines and the session titles on the Abstract Submission page. You can submit your abstract by logging into your personal account on https://insight.klinkhamergroup.com/wc12/login
Submission is possible until Friday, February 24, 2023, 11:59 pm EST Canada/USA.
Notifications will be sent out in April 2023.

Q: I AM A SESSION ORGANIZER. WHAT WILL HAPPEN TO MY SESSION?

At this point, the accepted proposals/sessions are still “tentative” and the scientific program will be finalized only after all the abstracts have been reviewed (i.e., abstract submission does not automatically guarantee acceptance).

We would like to emphasize that Promoters are not required to submit revised session proposals again (even for merged sessions). Descriptions of all sessions and titles will be finalized later, upon acceptance of all presentations following peer review of all submitted abstracts. What is important is for you to encourage all prospective participants to submit abstracts.

Furthermore, please do not worry about the exact number of speakers per session, duration of each presentation, order of presentations etc. at this timing, as these will be discussed and finalized following abstract review. With a holistic view of the Congress, members of the Organizing Committee will work closely with all promoters and chairs to refine and finalize the session(s) once all abstracts have been reviewed and selected.

Q: HOW CAN I REGISTER?

Registration will open soon. You can already see the fees on the Registration page.

Q: HOW DO I APPLY FOR A TRAVEL GRANT?

Please make sure you have submitted an abstract. More information on how to apply for this travel grant will follow on the website soon.
