On the pathway to success: the CE/LRSS story of animal-free science

LRSS satellite event

Niagara Falls Convention Centre, Meeting Rooms 221/222

Cosmetics Europe Long Range Science Strategy (LRSS) research programme (2016-2022) brought together experts from its numerous partners to work on animal-free safety assessment of chemicals and cosmetic ingredients. Some of the highlights of the LRSS pathway to success will be shared with you during our satellite event organised at the WC12.

This event promises to be an extraordinary celebration, showcasing some of the remarkable achievements and breakthroughs that have emerged from our dedicated scientific program. We will reflect on the journey, honor the collaborative efforts of brilliant minds, and present some of the program's most significant findings.

We will start with a general overview of the LRSS program, followed by more targeted presentations illustrating scientific findings and case studies, related to Toxicokinetics/Exposure, Toxicodynamics, Skin Sensitisation and Genotoxicity. In the final part of the event, we will open the floor to listen to your comments and questions.

Don't miss this unique opportunity to be part of an exceptional gathering that celebrates more than half a decade of scientific excellence. Join us as we honor the hard work, efforts, and contributions of dedicated scientists.

The event is open to everyone, but you are invited to confirm your attendance by sending an email to agiusti@cosmeticseurope.eu by August 18 COB. Room capability is limited, and we will give priority to people who confirmed their attendance in advance.
Attendees will receive lunch boxes upon their arrival.
