Registration fees are in Canadian dollars. All payments must be made in Canadian dollars (CAD $) by credit card or bank transfer. Bank charges are the responsibility of the participant and should be paid in addition to the registration fees.

Student/postdoctoral rate is available to students currently enrolled in a graduate program and postdoctoral fellows within 5 years of doctoral degree completion. After registration is complete, students and postdoctoral fellows are required to email a copy of their valid student ID showing current, full-time status and date of doctoral degree completion, respectively, to wc12@uwindsor.ca

*Accompanying Persons have access to special events only (opening ceremony, welcome reception, World Cafe event, and gala dinner). Accompanying persons do not have access to scientific sessions.

 

Confirmation of Registration

You should receive a registration confirmation via email when you register online (along with a payment confirmation email from the payment processing site). If you do not receive your confirmation within a few minutes, please check your SPAM box or contact the Klinkhamer Group | conferences & events in writing - helpdesk@klinkhamergroup.com.

 

Cancellations

All cancellations or changes must be sent to Klinkhamer Group | conferences & events in writing - helpdesk@klinkhamergroup.com by July 15, 2023.

  • Cancellations received before July 15, 2023 will be fully refunded (minus a $50.00 administration fee)
  • No refunds will be made after July 15, 2023
  • No refunds will be made in case of cancelled sessions or other unforeseen changes to the congress program

Exchange rates differences and bank charges will be deducted.

Code of Conduct

All attendees, speakers, sponsors, exhibitors, staff, and volunteers at WC12 are required to agree with the following code of conduct. Organizers will enforce this code throughout all WC12 events. We expect cooperation from all participants to help ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for everyone.

WC12 is dedicated to providing a welcoming and harassment-free conference and social experience for everyone, regardless of nationality, race/ethnicity, gender, gender identity and expression, age, visible or unseen disability, physical appearance, or faith. Professional behaviour is expected of every conference participant. We do not tolerate harassment of conference participants in any form. Sexual or violent language and imagery are not appropriate for any conference venue, including talks, workshops, social events, and social media.

If you experience or witness any form of harassment, please contact Conference Organizers and staff onsite (registration desk) or venue security. Individuals caught violating the code of conduct may be sanctioned/expelled from the conference at the discretion of the Conference Organizers, and registration fees will not be refunded.
